RpBeauty began in 2019, shortly after I graduated from cosmetology School. I started my career at Renaissance Salon in Dover, where I focused on hair. Not long after, I became certified in eyelash extensions - and I instantly fell in love with the artistry. As my passion grew, I gradually transitioned away from hair to pursue lashing full-time.

In the beginning of 2021, I moved into a beautiful space at Blush Salon - now known as Lou Lou’s by Blush - alongside my best friend. That chapter shaped me, helping me grow not only as a business owner but as an artist and as a person.

Now in late 2025, we’ll be settling into Blush and Company, also located in Sugarcreek. My best friend has created the most dreamy, thoughtfully designed salon space, and I’m beyond excited to continue my journey there.

Today, I’m a 6 year certified lash artist who truly loves this craft more with each client I meet. I’m also certified in Paramedical Tattooing - an incredibly meaningful part of my work that I’ve grown to love as deeply, if not even more,

As RpBeauty continues to grow so does our team. I’m incredibly proud to have Hailey Troyer working alongside me. Hailey specializes in eyelash extensions and offers a variety of additional beauty services. Her talent, professionalism, and passion make her an amazing asset to the studio and an absolute client favorite.

We’re also grateful to have Keely Monaco as part of our team, specializing in fine line tattoos. Keely’s eye for detail and artistic precision bring a unique and elevated service to our space, and we couldn’t be more excited to offer her artistry to our clients.

When I created RpBeauty, my goal was simple: to offer a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax, vent, laugh, and leave feeling even more beautiful and confident than when they walked in.
